What is Analog Communication?

 Analog Communication
It is defined as a communication in  which we have a continuous time varying signal which propagate in space in the form of EM waves.
In analog communication, noise occurence is more than digital communication.
In this type of communication we have AM, FM, PM modulation techniques is use for the transmission of signals.

Figure  which is shown above is Basic Block Diagram of Analog Communication System.
In this block diagram we mainly have five main parts -

  1. Source: It generates continuous time varying signal.
  2. Modulator: This stage modulate the message signal with carrier signal and gives a Modulated signal.
  3. Channel: This is the medium over which signal will propagate.
  4. Demodulator: This atages will give the desired signal from modulated signal.
  5. Destination: Now finally we get the output of given input signal.
